  • 3rd Offense Conviction – Considered a felony.  Fines up to $25,000.  Jail terms up to 3 years.  Driver’s license revoked for 10 year.
  • 4th  Offense  Conviction – Considered a felony.  Fines up to $25,000.  Jail terms up to 3 years.  Driver’s license permanently revoked.

The legal age for drinking in IL is 21.  If you are under the legal drinking age and pulled over and convicted for a DUI you can be facing the following:
1st offence suspension of license up to two years
2nd offense suspension of license up to five years or until you turn 21, whichever is greater
3rd Dui Offense can equate to a 10 year License Suspension
