The following people recently were arrested and charged with Driving Under The Influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. In Pennsylvania, you are considered legally drunk if your blood-alcohol content is 0.08 percent or higher. Failure to submit to alcohol testing results in a one-year driver’s license suspension.
